Mixtape publicity makes Italian GQ

Pier Pictures just received word from GQ, that one of their representatives happened to find one our publicity tapes floating around at this years Slamdance/Sundance Festival. I guess they thought it was cool because we're mentioned in their latest issue.

January 21st - 28th, 2010:

Peter Corina and T.S. Pfeffer made their way to Park City, Utah for the 2010 Slamdance Film Festival. Their film, “Mixtape” was selected to screen as part of the short film competition.

The festival received more than 5,000 submissions from 25 countries for only 100 programming slots. The film screened on Jan. 25 and 27.

Pfeffer and Corina wrote and directed the film for their senior thesis in the spring of 2009. Pier Picture's Robert McHugh is handling the film’s publicity.

Last month, Ryan Staake of Pomp&Clout brought Pier Picture's T.S. Pfeffer and Robert McHugh up to San Francisco to help out on his latest project which was created in part with Scion and Fool's Gold for Scion's new A/V initiative.
